CAlpha is run by the operator of CAlpha ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the CAlpha website and any pass you buy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use CAlpha.
CAlpha looks up public information about Solana tokens (on-chain data, market data from third parties, and the token's own website and social links) and turns it into safety checks, a rules-based verdict and, for pass holders, a suggested trade plan. Some text may be written by an AI model from that same data.
Everything on CAlpha is general information. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't take your personal situation into account. Verdicts, scores, trade plans, price and market-cap levels and AI text are automated outputs that can be wrong. We are not a licensed financial adviser.
Meme coins are extremely high risk. Most lose all their value, and prices can collapse in seconds. You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions and results. Only trade money you can afford to lose completely.
CAlpha depends on third-party services (including Jupiter, DEX Screener, RugCheck, GeckoTerminal, Solana RPC providers, and the websites and social accounts of the tokens themselves). Their data can be missing, delayed or wrong, and a token can change after we check it. A clean report does not mean a token is safe, and we can't detect every scam.
Passes are digital services that start as soon as payment confirms, so we don't give refunds for change of mind. If you paid twice, sent too much, or the service didn't work as described, contact us and we'll fix it, which may include a refund in the same token to the wallet you paid from. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those laws apply to you.
Don't use CAlpha for anything unlawful, and don't try to break, overload, scrape, resell or get around the limits of the service, or to access the admin area. Don't use CAlpha's output to mislead others, for example by presenting a verdict as a guarantee.
We work to keep CAlpha running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut CAlpha down permanently, we'll give reasonable notice on the website where we can.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of CAlpha or reliance on its output, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Where you are a consumer, this doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using CAlpha after a change, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction.
